Located in Halifax, Pathways Housing Services provides management support services in the areas of finance, administration and maintenance coordination exclusively to housing co-operatives throughout Nova Scotia.

A comprehensive understanding of co-operative housing programs and operations combined with quality service are Pathways’ strongest assets.  Our goal is to help housing co-ops build strong communities that are well managed, self-governed and financially stable. 

Pathways is sensitive to the fact that housing co-ops are continually being challenged by rising operating costs. For this reason, we strive to provide quality services that remain affordable for all housing co-ops and are in keeping with their financial circumstances.
