Any individual who downloads a co-op housing application form from this site and forwards it to Pathways Housing Services must provide written consent by signing the consent section of the application form. The sole purpose for collecting information on this application form is to assist individuals in applying for co-op housing. Pathways will distribute applications only to registered housing co-operatives with whom they are affiliated.
